Atlanta Beltline, Inc. Hosts One-Day Sales Event At Lofts At Reynoldstown Crossing | Real Estate
ATLANTA (December 5, 2011) – As part of its mission to create affordable workforce housing, Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) acquired the former “Triumph Lofts” development from a receivership to provide critically-needed affordable for-sale housing in an increasingly desirable part of the city. The new highly-appointed, spacious two-bedroom, two-bath lofts will be sold in a one-day sales event featuring a drawing of qualified buyers making under $68,000 - the Atlanta area median income - on Saturday, December 10. The final deadline to register for the drawing is Wednesday, December 7.

The one-day sales event will feature a drawing for 28 new two-bedroom lofts. Lunch will be provided by neighboring restaurant, H. Harper Station and all winners will receive a “welcome to the neighborhood” gift bag.
Saturday, December 10 beginning at 11 a.m.
