Our original story follows:

ATLANTA -- Reginald White is 11Alive's Fugitive of the Week for May 2, 2012. White, 36, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Counter Gang Unit.

According to Deputy U.S. Marshal Eric Heinze, White is wanted for violating the terms of his supervised release from federal prison. White served six years in prison for racketeering charges. "Once the six years was up, Mr. White was released from prison and advised to abide to certain conditions for a three years period," Heinze said.

But White violated those conditions when he was arrested by Atlanta Police in January 2011 for selling and possessing illegal narcotics and obstruction of police. "White picked up right back where he was prior to going to prison and began to sell illegal narcotics," Heinze said.

In August 2003, White and several fellow members of the Diablo street gang were arrested. Former Atlanta Police officer of the year David Freeman was also arrested and accused of ordering the murder of a man who tried to help police investigate the attempted murder of another man.

White was released on bond after the Atlanta arrest in February 2011 and hasn't been seen since. Heinze said White has a lengthy criminal history including weapons violations and assaults on law enforcement officers.
