CAU to host Sankofa African-American History Museum | News

ATLANTA -- Clark Atlanta University, will host the Sankofa African-American History Museum on Wheels exhibit next Thursday and Friday. 

The free exhibit will be held at The Exhibition Hall of the Thomas W. Cole Jr. Research Center for Science and Technology.  

According to Clark Atlanta, the exhibit "spans the period of 1860 to the present time, with a historic journey through slavery, the era of King Cotton, and the uplifting days of Emancipation. One of the highlights is the unique display of inventions by African Americans."
