ATLANTA -- Families can continue thinking “outside of the box” through the new year! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta has aannounced it has extended the dates for its feature exhibit Outside the Box through Sunday, Jan. 25.

Whether they are exploring creative play and building in the “Box Zone,” experiencing hands-on games and activities in the “Imagination Playground” or experimenting with simple CAD programs at the rotating “Maker’s Space,” children will develop creative thinking skills to find solutions through the power of play.

November: Box It Up, Pay It Forward
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, November’s Outside the Box programming focuses on giving thanks and spending time with family and friends.

December: Boxes & Bows
Tis’ the season! December’s Outside the Box theme is all about the holidays, and families can deck the halls with festive crafts, present-making and more.

January: Boxed Lunch
Ring in the New Year with food and fun! January’s Outside the Box theme focuses on playing with food through activities including tasty crafts, Play Dough Chemistry and much more!

Entrance to the exhibit is included in each regular admission to The Children’s Museum of Atlanta. Admission is $12.75. Children under 1 are free.
