Children’s Museum of Atlanta hosts Cooking with Colors

ATLANTA -- Back by popular demand, The Children’s Museum of Atlanta is cooking up big fun and tasty food with its Cooking with Colors series!

Every Monday through November 10 at 10:30 a.m., as a part of its Eat a Georgia Rainbow program, The Children’s Museum invites families to stir up some fun. Hosted by Chef Tanisha Mott, the weekly cooking workshops teach little foodies and parents how to whip up colorful (and healthy!) culinary creations.

Chef Tanisha uses fresh fruits, vegetables and other healthy, local ingredients to create delicious dishes that even the pickiest eaters will enjoy! Reservations are required, as each workshop has space for only 10 adults, with one child per adult.

Scheduled sessions include:

* Monday, October 13: Chickpea Stuffed Pitas
* Monday, October 20: Cous Cous with Fired-Roasted Vegetables
* Monday, October 27: Kung Pao Chicken
* Monday, November 3: Spinach Alfredo Chicken Pie
* Monday, November 10: Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Bisque

The workshop is included with the purchase of a General Admission ticket to The Children’s Museum of Atlanta or a Museum membership. Space is limited to 10 adults, with one child per adult. To RSVP, please call 404-527-3693.
