ATLANTA -- This week Studio 11 wraps up shooting "The Promise", a film in which Lisa Raye makes her directoral debut. The event held at downtown Atlanta's Mingles was a celebration for the film crew, actors and supporters of the 11Eleven Project.

The eleven week film project was geared to shoot eleven films in eleven weeks in and around the Atlanta area. At the end of 11 Weeks each participant would have completed 11 short films with credit as either a writer, producer or director, 11 film credits on IMDb, ownership interest in the 11 projects, certification on the Red One Camera, Hands on Intensive training, submission to 11 major film festivals,  residual income on a DVD Distribution deal and become a Bonafide Filmmaker. Founded by Sharon Tomlinson, Studio 11 Films is the production company behind The 11Eleven11 Project™, the revolutionary and unique project that provides aspiring and emergent writers, directors and producers the opportunity to create and producer 11 short films in only 11 weeks.
