Renowned for his choreography in some of Broadway’s most popular productions and on internationally acclaimed dance companies, New York-based choreographer Ronald K. Brown, Artistic Director and Choreographer of EVIDENCE: A Dance Company lands his dancing feet in East Atlanta for a ONE DAY ONLY. Learn to dance from him in one of the "DanceAfrica 2013" Community Dance Classes presented by GIWAYEN MATA, Atlanta’s award-winning all-sistah dance, percussion, and vocal ensemble on Sunday, April 15 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m, Dance 411 Studios 475 Moreland AVE Atlanta, GA 30316. At a cost of $12 for adults and $6 for children, expect an experience that will be enjoyable and energizing while learning contemporary movements to live drumming. The workshop welcomes all levels and will be filled on a first-come-first served basis. Arrive early to stretch before class. Admission can be paid online via PayPal or at the door.
