Make a Pledge to screen for Prostate Cancer and Receive Hawks Tickets

Atlanta, GA--  Mayor Kasim Reed "tweeted" early this morning about making the pledge to stop prostate cancer, and hundreds went online to do so.  In a partnership with the Atlanta Hawks, people who went online to make their pledge received 2 free Hawks tickets and were provided information about free PSA screenings upcoming in the Atlanta area.

A PSA Screening is a simple blood test that is recommended for All men with a Family history of prostate cancer, and all African-American men w/wo history, starting at the age of 40.  The easy non-invasive test should be performed annualy and will establish a critical PSA 'baseline' that your doctor needs to help him/her to detect prostate issues early.
