A Lunch Hour Walking Program That Includes Lunches and Helps the Bottom Line

Atlanta, GA--  All downtown Atlanta employees are invited to join Walk For Lunch as they partner together in downtown Atlanta for Walk For Lunch Program, a lunch hour walking program that includes Subway lunches.

It is a 8 day fitness program designed to encourage downtown companies, governments, and employees to walk approximately 2 miles a day, 2 days a week, along 4 suggested walking routes in downtown Atlanta (Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Routes), during the lunch hour. Each walker will receive a healthy lunch from Subway Restaurant, a walking map to Woodruff Park, a water bottle, an ID Badge, an opportunity to exercise with fellow employees and a chance to win our daily contest give-a-ways from Big Peach Running Co., Yogurt Tap, Max Lager’s, Dynamic Dish, Buckhead Life Group, Honey-du Concierge’s. Atlanta leaders such as A.J. Robinson, the President of Central Atlanta Progress, Carla Smith, Kwanza Hall, City of Atlanta Council Members, have been asked to walk the walk and talk the talk. Each leader will lead a particular walk day with their staff to Woodruff Park and encourage other participants to complete the program as part of a healthy lifestyle.
