Atlanta Track Club Unveils Updated Website and Blog for All Runners

Atlanta, GA--  The Atlanta Track Club (ATC) unveiled a new look and feel for its web site, atlantatrackclub.org, to better serve Atlanta Track Club members as well as the Atlanta running community.  The revamped web site features easy-to-find information on upcoming ATC races and past events as well as the latest in Atlanta Track Club news and membership information.  As part of the redesign, enhanced site navigation and a keyword search function were added to help visitors easily find the information they need.

Along with the recent web site facelift, Atlanta Track Club has found its place in the blogosphere with the Atlanta Runner’s Blog, the ATC’s forum to share training tips, information on runner’s health, stories of inspiration as well as insights on events and running routes with Atlanta runners and fitness enthusiasts.  The new blog, atlantarunnersblog.org, also serves as the home to the Atlanta running event calendar to help runners find their next race.

“It’s our hope that this redesign of atlantatrackclub.org and the launch of the Atlanta Runner’s Blog further endorses the Atlanta Track Club’s mission to inspire and engage the community to achieve health and fitness through running,” stated Tracey Russell, Executive Director of the Atlanta Track Club.

In addition to the web site redesign, the Atlanta Track Club has launched new sites for its two signature events, the AJC Peachtree Road Race and the Atlanta Half Marathon and Thanksgiving Day 5K.  The new sites, peachtreeroadrace.org and atlantahalfmarathon.org are designed to provide event participants, spectators and volunteers with essential information regarding the upcoming events.
